Positive: All clean. We also used dinner at the lodge. Comfy beds. Large rooms.
Negative: When we arrived they tried to charge us more than was agreed per booking.com. After explaining and showing the price on our booking.com app they did charge us the correct amount. However, we are now surprised to see that the accomodation did cancel our reservation and booking is asking us if we did indeed cancel. Which is not the case. We did stay at this lodge and we did pay for our stay as well.

Positive: Beautiful spot overlooking the lake. The owner speaks english and is quick to respond. Definitely worth the visit if you travel in these areas.
Negative: Don't rely on google maps :)) it will send you not to the right entrance spot, there are few entrances from Yanampampa city side. Just contact the owner and you will get information needed.
