Positive: The apartment was very spacious ,especially the living/dining area with patio doors leading out from all the rooms . The patio was also very spacious

Negative: The kettle was too close to the microwave and a bit difficult to use Also could do with a few more wine glasses

Positive: Beautifully apppointed & very spacious apartment with very large sunny balcony. Short walk to Malaga Centro, beach and supermarket. Martina was an excellecnet host. It was great that the essentails were already in the kitchen etc when we arrived.

Negative: Some traffic noise when sitting out on the balcony. Some previous visitor's rubbish was left in a bedroom press - oversight.

Summary: We will definately be back!

Positive: I know we all spend hours looking up properties, for location amenities etc…well your search is over. This was a total winner!! Big 2 bedroom, 3 bed , 2 bath unit. The location was fabulous. We walked everywhere. The beach and harbour were minutes away as was the old city. We had a view of the marina from our balcony, which was very large and useful. It was outfitted well with dishes etc. there was a good grocery story just around the corner. The unit supplied 2 beach umbrellas that were appreciated. On Saturday there was a farmers market right in front of the building. We tried to stay longer!!! There was an elevator. For international travellers I wish owners would offer a ‘basic’ package of items, such as a couple bottles of water, some food items etc. because when you arrive after a long flight it would be nice to have something to eat and perhaps have for breakfast. I would be happy to order and pay for this added value. The marina out front had all kinds of restaurants and entertainment options. The beautiful boardwalk and canopies of trees were stunning. The old fort was directly behind us. If you are heading to this area for beach and the usual sites…can’t recommend this unit more. The hop on bus gave us a good view of the area and access to the top of the hill to visit the fort. You can alternatively take the stairs up!! Loved it!!

Negative: The air conditioning didn’t work and no one came to have a look at it. We had to sleep with windows open which was a problem as there was a very large , but beautiful, traffic circle in front of us that was extremely busy. Some details on the AC would’ve been helpful, not everybody knows how to operate them. And sleeping with ear plugs isn’t ideal. But our host was receptive when contacted, just didn’t fix the problem. Again as an international traveller it would have been thoughtful to leave a bit of washing detergent behind. You can only buy full size containers. Instructions for these machines would’ve helped!

Summary: Definitely 100% recommend this property and would book it again. You can’t bet the location.

Positive: Lovely location . Clean tidy lots of work space in the kitchen . Underfloor heating meant the home was cosy and warm

Negative: Nothing - could have done with a few waste paper baskets in the bedrooms.

Positive: Great location, between the Port and the restaurants and the tourist district, via tunnel. Grocery shopping was within walking distance. Two bedroom apartment with huge outdoor seating area with a great view.

Negative: Wish the kitchen supplies and utensils were more friendly to use. Could only toast one side of bread, at a time. Wish we could figure out the tv and get to work.

Positive: Tolly House is in a great location. It is spacious and cosy for a winter break. Kitchen/diner facilities are excellent with a spacious dining table and fridges/freezer. The lounge is large with comfortable sofas. The 4 bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. The property is immaculately clean. The area is very quiet but close to facilities and good pubs) restaurants.

Positive: Location is perfect, house is a delight - felt instantly like home. Also I was worried with a semi detached but we never heard a single peep from neighbours and hopefully they didn't from us!

Negative: We messaged the owners just on few smaller things like kids plates and cups. Largely as we didn't want to break anything with little ones but everything else was well thought through! Couldn't fault it
