Summary: We had an absolutely amazing stay! There were 13 of us ranging from the ages of 1 to 75 and we all enjoyed ourselves. The home is large enough to not feel on top of one another. The pool was a hit! We even had a family field day in the front yard! Ample space for everyone to mingle (or not lol) and still enjoy themselves. The home was very clean and the beds (specifically the pillows!) were to die for!!! We would absolutely come back as it was only a short 1 hour drive for us from home and the perfect mini getaway!

Summary: We rented this house as a small family getaway (4 nights) the first week in June. Every year gets harder to plan long vacations with our young adult kids and their significant others, as everyone is so busy with work and school. So we decided on this short - but wonderful - vacation. Let me tell you — this getaway was perfect. The house is absolutely gorgeous! Inside and out. Other than a few trips in to Gettysburg for dinners, shopping, and escape rooms, we mainly stayed at the house. We had SO much fun playing table tennis, pool, darts, pickle ball, wiffle ball, air hockey, board and card games, etc.! We swam a bit, but the water was still a bit cool. Loved the design because everything fun was so close together! The huge tables inside and outside were awesome! Unfortunately, we didn’t have the hot tub until our last night (it was out for repairs), but we did get to enjoy it our last night. Communication with the property manager and the housekeeper (Sissy) was excellent and any problems that did arise (issue with the hot tub) were dealt with swiftly and professionally. We didn’t want the week to end. Beds are unbelievably comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud! House was spotless and well stocked. Steaks on the grill, mountain pies, breakfasts by my great cook husband, late night games, talks, and tons of cherished family time and fun. This house was the perfect place to do all this! We are still talking about this trip and hope to be able to do it again!
