Positive: Hi it was a pleasant stay for our complete family Newark was such a great calm place to relax and everything is in walkable distance, Thanks for having us .

Negative: only remark was the toilets don’t have lock and it’s been difficult with kids to use .

Positive: Location easy to walk everywhere. Parking outside. The apartment was clean,not as bad as the reviews at all. This was apartment 1. Was basic, modern and clean with all facilities. Communication was good with management company.

Negative: Beds need new mattresses. Paper thin walls, could hear people next door Shower head needs descaling as shower weak.

Positive: We like the location and the fact it had parking it was ideal for our trip

Negative: The bedding and the actual pillows/quilts and bed were badly stained, the bedding looked like it hadn’t been changed, also as we were ground floor 1 of the bedroom windows was right at a child’s nursery door so heard the buzzer/door opening and chatter from 7am onwards

Summary: Ideal location but attention to detail on clean bedding is a must

Positive: Liked the location and parking. You could cook there and not have to eat out.

Negative: You might be aware of these: The shower door needs attention as it won't open and shut properly. The plug in the shower needs cleaning and was blocked with hair. The tv played up after 5/10 mins on a channel, then would go funny. The freezer needs to be defrosted and cleaned. There were no teaspoons. The carpet needs attention.

Positive: We were really suprised at how clean and modern these apartments were! They were both spotless and the staff and communication made our stay perfect! We truly couldn't fault either of the aprtments. They were very helpful at accommodating our group of 8 for a weekend...we will coming back without a doubt!
