Positive: Very clean and good communication with host. Complimentary toiletries on offer (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel). Great heating with easy controls on radiator to adjust to your liking (if needed).

Negative: Shower cubicle was cramped (I am 5'11), limited headroom due to sloped roof (in Room 4) Road noise is to be expected considering the location, but this was louder than anticipated.

Positive: Our host Lesley was wonderful and has two great thumping cats that are very friendly. The room was nice and clean; the bed was comfortable.

Negative: The entrance to the drive is tricky. You have to enter a bus stop, then make a tight turn into the driveway. It's not obvious how to get into it. Once you figure it out, it's not hard, but the first approach is a bit daunting.

Summary: Lesley was very nice and the food was excellent.
