Positive: Our main perspective was from skiing -- the location was within 60 minutes drive to 3-4 superb ski areas.

Negative: TV channels, although not a high priority for us, had only a few free options. No sport channels available.

Negative: Kitchen a bit tight but for the the price = zero complains.
