Positive: Fantastic location, hosts couldn’t be more welcoming. Happy to help with any issues even have a small bakery which can deliver some stuff daily at a really reasonable price. Lovely restaurant called ‘Otto’s’ in walking distance. Would stay here again. Our kids were made to feel so welcome too. Thank you!
Negative: Nothing. It was exceptional.
Summary: Exceptional property with exceptional hosts at a fair price.

Positive: Location was amazing with a wonderful view of the peaks from the terrace and short driving distance to lakes and trails and skilifts. Hosts were helpful and mindful of little details that show care and empathy. Property was clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms were new and very clean. Property owners have two lovely dogs that were never loud or in the way. Parking space was ample. The street is quiet and residential with no throughway traffic.
Negative: Minor detail that bed linnen was synthetic instead of cotton. And living area is smallish for big groups. But the terrace compensates for that.

Positive: The best apartment we have ever stayed in - even better than it looked online. Superb position in peaceful street with amazing mountain views. Hugely spacious both inside with two bedrooms both with seating areas and tvs, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen and outside a huge dining wraparound balcony! Many eating/shopping options in nearby Erhwald and Lermoos and very close to Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Hosts could not be more generous and kind. Look no further book it today!
