Positive: Many little things that might be useful to a guest and/or visitor of Paris are placed conveniently for you. Everything is clean. The area feels safe. They list a "breakfast" available. I'd skip it and buy something in town. (What the kitchen offers is sweet pre-fab breads & low-fat/ sugary yogurt-- BUT they offer coffee with ACTUAL milk and there was BUTTER as well, so that was very cool!

Negative: We like to rent apartments so we can crash for the night, shower and sleep-- then run out the next morning to see things! We arrived late on the second night. I jumped in the shower about 10 p.m. I got 5 seconds of hot water and then it went to ICE COLD-- no matter what I tried. I shivered in there for 10 minutes, washed my hair, rinsed and dried, then ran to try to warm up in bed. I shivered there for 1/2 hours from that icy water on such a cold night! What was that for? Do they turn off the hot water at night? I don't know, but that rather ruined the visit for me. 😯😬 Also, the "bedroom" bed is quite short. My toes were always banging the frame. However, if you're 5'8" or under, you may be fine!

Positive: Super friendly host and spacious yard! I love the private parking in the yard, super convenient groceries nearby. The kitchen has all the cooker to cook. Hosts prepared everything and all we need is well arranged. The neighborhood is super quiet at night, the house is nice and easy to find with a 20mins drive to Airport CDG. Gonna comeback in the future!
