Positive: Great location and friendly host. On Sundays there was a live concert downstairs in their cafe which was heartwarming. The host stocked the apartment with extra treats and drinks which was appreciated

Negative: It was very cold, wet and windy when I was there this winter, so the stairs going up to the apartment are steep and slippery

Positive: The whole experience was wonderful, nice host very helpful and a very fantastic restaurant next. Also apartment has a bar down stairs. If you book the upstairs apartment just be weary of the stairs to get up there they are narrow and at an angle would not suit eveyone. We enjoyed our stay here and the area was nice, there is a very nice walk to Egmond ann Zee beach with stunning scenery, and the beech is very clean. Runners cyclists and walkers were all seen doing there thing on route. All in all a fantastic time we went to do some cycling and plan to take a group next year.

Positive: This apartment is fantastic. Is so big and cozy, one separately bedroom, toilet, bathroom, second bedroom is with living room and kitchen. Welcome drinks and snacks was great. Terrace is great. Staff was very nice and helpful. Thank you and see you again.

Positive: The location was spectacular - walking distance to dunes and sea; nearby town and supermarket; all amenities available including the generous welcome gifts of wine, snacks, beer, coffee….not even possible to enjoy all of it- so much! Also I loved the surprise Sunday afternoon of music in the cafe which was really cozy.

Negative: The only thing that was a bit difficult was the steep outdoor stairs - in the winter it is a bit tricky with luggage to go upstairs if it has been raining.

Summary: It was by chance I found this place and would love to stay here again!
