Positive: Apartment was well equipped with plenty of space. Kitchen provided all we needed, fridge, freezer, combination microwave, kettle, plenty of crockery and cutlery. Living room was large, comfortable and warm. Bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space. Parking was very convenient, right outside the front door. Trams to get around Antwerp were a short walk, and a bus stop was even nearer. There is a Colruyt supermarket a short walk away (although note that, unless you have a Belgian bank card, you will need to pay in cash there). There is also a cash point nearby (at the Argenta bank on the corner of Ruggeveldlaan and Turnhoutsebaan).

Negative: Whilst the apartment description mentions a lift, this is actually just a stair lift (not a problem as we guessed it would be the case from the photos). The TV only provides access to a Google TV box (again not a problem as we connected our laptop to the TV and watched through that). The door handles were all very loose and in need of tightening up.

Positive: For us was perfect, very close to the ice skating rink, 3 minutes away from the supermarket, kitchen was fully equipped and the host very friendly and helpful. The metro/tram was very close and easy to go to Antwerp center or to the nearest park.

Negative: The second bedroom is a bit too small and bed very close to each other, but the kids enjoy it even it was like that.

Positive: Staying here was such a unique and memorable experience! The flat had a fantastic décor that instantly brought us back to our childhood years in the 90s — full of charm and character. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent as well, with restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores all just a short walk away. The host was very kind and welcoming, providing us with all the information we needed upon arrival, which made everything even easier. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antwerp.

Negative: The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave this unique and cozy place so soon.

Positive: It’s walking distance to the sport Oase and a big shopping mall with many eating options. You can park the car just in front of the appartment.

Negative: For us irrelevant, but the beds in the second bedroom are not suitable for teenagers. Too many personal decorations and the clock in the living room makes noise that was annoying.
