Positive: We enjoyed our stay here! Our host was the best and stayed in touch with me through text so she could meet me at just the right time to give me the keys. The apartment has a lot of room for a place to stay in Paris. Our family of 4 slept here. 3 in the bedroom and one on the couch. Even though it isn't super close to the main sightseeing attractions, it is super easy to get to everything because of the metro just across the street. The apartment was clean and had good wifi.

Negative: The metro is right across the street so it is a little noisy. We used an app for white sound which drowned out the noise and we slept fine. This is not specifically a tourist part of Paris and we stuck out as tourists but we never felt unsafe.

Positive: Friendly staff and very quick to respond and accommodate request. Flat is modern and well decorated and comfortable. Location is close to metro (albeit a bit noisy at night) and easy accessible to transport links.

Negative: Microwave and extractor hood do not seem to be working in the kitchen. Also it would be better to have extractor fan in the bathroom.

Summary: Overall very happy with the experience.
