Positive: The flat is very nice, high quality and tastefully furnished and has a great view of the cathedral. Although it is in the centre of the old town, it is very quiet. Host Olivier gives good tips for excursions and responds quickly to questions.

Positive: Ultra modern, spacious apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open plan lounge/diner/kitchen, kitchen with island layout, fridge/freezer, dish washer, microwave, oven with hob on island, large amount of cutlery, crockery, cups, glasses, utensils, coffee making machine and other gadgets, Full length feature windows in lounge and bedrooms with electric blinds, balcony to lounge, view to cathedral from lounge and bedroom, quiet, calm development, private car park with numbered bays, gate protected, well laid out gardens around car park, in low traffic area, 100m to old town, 200m to cathedral. Best location in Quimper. Excellent host/agent, Olivier, very knowledgeable, speaks excellent English, always available via phone or text. Three storey development with lift access.
