Positive: Very spacious and good location easy walking distance to main center and attractions

Negative: Parking. Despite several messages to the host asking about parking to alert them I have a large suv with roof box and was concerned about suitable parking - these were ignored. On arrival the parking was not adequate and I had to revert to parking on the street. Licklily we were only staying one night so parking was free from 7pm-9am. After this time parking is expensive. The stairs. If you have a young family the stairs will prove difficult especially with a short stay having to haul luggage up and down.

Summary: Short stay ok. Wouldn’t stay for a longer stay

Positive: The property itself from the moment you enter the door is amazing!!!! First time that photos are true to reality !!! Modern Appartement with the best view . Clean and full of amenities.

Negative: The main entrance of the building literally stinks!!! It’s a huge contrast with the apartment itself, and is the reason for my rating .

Negative: Attention to detail is lacking - majority of cheap IKEA china is chipped & cracked, 2 glasses had visible cracks - good job we spotted these before an injury occurred, there was a foul smell of waste / sewerage upon entering the accommodation at street level, this smell drifted into our apartment. the bathroom needs hooks for towels / dressing gowns etc. There is no full length mirror. The main bedroom at entrance level has a dingy walk in dressing area, we would recommend that a door is re-affixed to the storage room as we had to listen to water pouring down pipes and refilling for up to 30 minutes at a time which was irritating. We were provided with 2.5 small rolls of toilet paper between 5 adults for 3 days, clearly inadequate, it ran out after 2 days. I requested more on the Saturday morning at 09:58am, and a further request at 17:13pm - no action was taken or efforts made to replenish the paper. I received a message at 22:45 telling me that a message had been sent to the cleaner, which had clearly been ignored - what use was that when we were checking out in the morning? The apartment was expensive for what it is, we certainly shouldn't have been expected to shop for toilet paper and collect from bathrooms of cafe's / restaurants frequented. If it wasn't for the location of this apartment the overall rating would be poor - it feels like a business rather than hospitality and could / should be much better for the price charged.

Positive: Marie was lovely, she met us upon arrival and took us up to apartment.

Negative: We woke up late the morning of departure, we had 7 minutes before checkout. The cleaning staff started to toss my belongings to me off of the bed to try and make it up and get us out. It was our fault we he came 7 minutes before checkout but it was an awful way to leave unready for the day:( I accidentally grabbed the keys in a rush and took them to Sarlat with me. We returned them on our way back. Id recommend the place, just set your alarm.

Positive: The location, the concierge service and the place was clean and neat. Also decently stocked and there was a good kitchen with a good selection of utensils and kitchen wear. Really enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be back in the near future.
