Positive: Good location. Quiet during the night. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable

Negative: No shampoo or shower gel was provided, so we had to purchase our own from a nearby pharmacy.

Positive: Breakfast not provided but shop can be found nearby so no problem as everything needed can be found in the kitchen. Location is good with bars and restaurants nearby and main train station a short walk. We didn't find entrance right away but contacted owner who was on hand to help out.

Negative: Biggest issue was lack of privacy due to no functioning blinds or curtains which on the 3rd floor surrounded by apartment blocks after dark exposes the apartment and all in it once lit, street lighting is also invasive. The owner has a task to repair the broken blinds as they are fixed on the outside of the windows with access apparently very difficult. There is at this time a major building project taking place outside the window which starts up at 8-15am
