Positive: The property is located quite good, 5 min to metro station. The neighborhood around was quite pleasant and calm. In the apartment there was everything needed for short term stay, including hair dryer and iron. We were staying in the apartment at the end of April and it was quite cold inside, cause heating was already off in Milan. But there were additional blankets, so it was manageable. Besides, owner offered to fix the heating if needed for us, which was nice from his side. I would recommend this apartment since it’s good value for money, convenient location and good place to stay.

Negative: I think some things like sponge dishes can be changed for each guest, but otherwise it was fine.
