Positive: The privacy and views from the apartment were as advertised and much appreciated. The apartment is well-ventilated and so easy to cool down in the intense summer heat of the area. It also seems to be a very safe and secure area.
Negative: I like to cook but the apartment lacked baking trays, and also serving dishes - but this is certainly not an important concern. The stairs were a bit difficult for my elderly friend.
Summary: A wonderful comfortable apartment with stunning views of lake Bracciano right to the south shore.

Positive: Location was perfect. The view was amazing, apartment well equipped. Comfortable beds. Descent WI-FI. Host was friendly and helpful - would definitely recommend.
Negative: Fans were provided the only thing that stopped me giving 10/10 was the lack of air conditioning. We still managed ok with Fans but Air con would have been icing on the cake.

Positive: Fantastic views of the lake with nice breeze at night. The kitchen had everything for cooking and even a few condiments left over (oil, salt, vinegar and coffee).
Negative: The bedroom storage was completely full of sheets and towels so no place to unpack your suitcase (being off season is a possible explanation but still we were there for 5 nights!). This is not a place for anyone elderly or disabled as the apartment is on the 2nd floor (3rd for Americans). The view alone is worth it!

Positive: Very well located private apartment with a fantastic view of Lake Bracciano. The apartment has everything you need for everyday tasks. A very good 5-place gas stove, a large refrigerator, all the necessary dishes and kitchen utensils. Comfortable beds, in separate rooms, view of the lake from the bed, where you can enjoy the morning sun. A nice large terrace where you can sit for a long time in the evening. In front of the house is a large olive tree garden where donkeys and sheep roam around. The apartment is on the highest floor, but you can't hear the activities of the other neighbors. Other apartments are not rented and are owned by locals. The car can be parked for free and is visible from the window. The area is very quiet and private. Rome is 50 minutes away and Ciampino airport is about an hour away. The town of Trevignano Romano with its restaurants is 10 minutes away. Owner recommended us various places to eat, but In our opinion, the best was Ristorante Pizzeria "Il Prato". There is a very good Carrefour grocery store in the city, which is open every day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and where you can get everything you need, from fresh seafood to fresh bakery products. The lake is also within walking distance, but you can also park your car 10 meters from the water's edge. There is a lot to do in the surrounding area, half an hour away is the Orsini-Odescalchi Castle which has an impressive museum with authentic items. The Italian Air Force Museum is next to it and provides an overview of 100 years of aviation in Italy. The sea is 45 minutes away and it is enjoyable to approach through the walking path of the natural swamp of Torre Flavia. The owner of the apartment is very caring and will contact you immediately via WhatsUp to share information about the entrance and is very helpful to answer all questions promptly.
