Positive: Small apartment in the perfect spot for summer or winter activities in Cervinia! It has 2 separate rooms and bathrooms with a basic but useful kitchen corner. The best thing about this apartment it its location - it's right on the hiking trail and literally steps aways from the cable car! If you go outside of the building - the view is spectacular! It's in the walking distance to town center with all needed supplies.

Negative: Things to remember: - Bathrooms and specifically showers are on the smaller side - was not a problem for us, but worth to consider if you are big ;) - There is almost always more cars than parking slots - but if you are patient you will find a spot :) - The view is splendid but only if you go outside - the apartment windows are pointing to the other direction

Positive: Excellent location - 50 meters from the gondola and cable car to Plan Maison and 5 minutes to supermarket and pedestrian area. Host helpful, apartment was clean and reasonably modern furnished. Kitchen very well equipped including dish washer and detergent and other supplies. The apt is actually made from 2 former studios connected - has 2 bathrooms (rather basic) and that is very convenient for occupancy of 4. 2 ski lockers with 2 sets of keys allowed us to leave and return from the slopes at different times in a family of 4 without a lot of planning. Overall good value compared to what else was available when I booked. I did not find anything that looked better in a +/- 25% budget.

Negative: Apt was chilly the first night as it was not occupied before and temp was 18 degrees the whole night. from my experience with my vacation place I have to turn up the heat 24 hrs before getting there to have a good level of confort. The apt building is probably from the '70s and there are some shortfalls compared to more modern locations I've visited in other resorts but it's not really something that can be changed (bathroom ventilations, size of kitchen etc...).

Summary: Great location for skiing, good space for 4, nice host, older somewhat quirky apt. building.

Positive: Excellent location right next to one of the main ski lifts (and certainly the main one we used as beginner-intermediate level skiers). Room was clean and facilities great - the two bathrooms was extra useful!

Negative: When icy, you have to be careful to walk down the hill carefully! Also no indoor parking so just FYI in case it snows a lot while you are there - there is plenty of outside parking so that's not really an issue!

Summary: Excellent location, great amenities, would come back!

Positive: Enrico is a very kind host. Check-in and out were easy. He was willing to help and gave us some restaurant tips. The apartment is clean and in good condition. It has two bed rooms, which makes the apartment spacious and suitable for e.g. two couples. There is a sofa in one bedroom and a small dining table in the other. They were suitable for three persons but would not maybe be for more people. Two bathrooms. The kitchen is ok though we didn't cook any dinners but breakfast only. There is a room with lockers for skis and boots, which is nice as you don't need to carry the equipment to the apartment. The location is excellent from the skiing viewpoint. The main lift is really close to the property. If there is enough snow, you can ski to the lift. Also, when done skiing for the day, you can ski to the property through a small path - turn left just before the end of run 34 (if you are skiing run 7.00 or 33, cut to the left just before the crossing of run 34 and ski across that one to get to the beginning of the path). The property is a few minutes walk from the village center. You need to walk uphill when returning to the property. It might get you winded, especially if you have shopping bags with you. There is a parking lot behind the building. The host will give you a key for the gate.

Negative: The ski boot drying racks are not warm. It would be nice to have some kind of a carpet right after the apartment front door to avoid carrying and spreading dirt to the apartment.

Summary: This apartment provides excellent value for money.
