Positive: We really liked how quiet it was on the top floor. Very clean. Nice private parking behind gate. Very convenient for driving east from Rome. Easy to get food all day long, especially pizza. Large kitchen.

Negative: We appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment, but there was a bit too much scent in the cleansing products that were used.

Summary: Quiet, convenient, comfortable place to stay east of Rome. Good design/facilities.

Positive: The apartment is nice and spacious. We loved the balcony and spent most of the nights there

Negative: The apartment did not have any air conditioner. It was very hot during the night and keeping the windows and doors open caused many insects and mosquitos

Summary: The overall experience was good but not exceptional specially due to the lack of air conditioning
