Positive: Location was great. It was clean but older. The host was always reachable and the size of the apartment was big .

Negative: For the price we paid for 4 adults , the sofa bed was very hard and not comfortable. Initially the wifi was not working for several hours. Basic things like WiFi should be seamless.

Summary: For the price charged the host needs to ensure the customer gets value for money.

Positive: Average one bedroom apartment in Castelfranco. Price is way too high for value. Go to Albergo Roma instead

Negative: The water pressure in the shower is too low. Boiler sometimes stops working, I didn’t understand how to turn heater on, washing machine is old and there is no dryer.

Positive: Great communication process throughout the process. Host was extremely nice and easy to work with. We rented two apartments across the corridor from one another to accommodate our group of 5. Property is located in Castelfranco's city center and makes for a convenient and easy base to explore all of the many closeby towns. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Negative: Just to be aware, the living rooms have beautiful skylights which are great during the day, but also a little challenging if guests are using a sofa bed in that room and want to sleep past early morning.
