Positive: Great accommodation, in a central area to Garda attractions and its surrounding Fully equipped kitchen which helped us with making breakfasts for 5 every morning Quiet, not on a main road, but still quickly accessible Host was very kind and helpful/attentive throughout our whole stay Host went above and beyond to try and make our stay as pleasant as possible, including purchasing extra fans and a new baby crib and being available for our requests around the clock The kids just melted to the sight of the pony house downstairs, they loved it and keep talking about it even now, weeks after

Negative: AC in the hallway - we had to play around with the doors to make our rooms cool during the night, the host helped by getting us two fans in the room

Positive: Easy parking, pizzeria underneath, common space, nice sized rooms, comfortable beds, close to Autobahn, close to Verona and few other small/charming Italian towns, 15 minutes to Lake Garda, surrounded by vineyards

Negative: Only one AC unit in the hallway and it did not work very well so you had to leave all the doors open for it to slightly cool bedrooms -- it did not make much of a difference in the main living space. With the August heat, the you had to keep all the shutters and windows shut in order to keep some sense of cool in the apartment, making it very dark and not so nice. There was also only one fan. Pictures on booking.com were misleading -- apartment is much darker than pictures and also does not really provide a good overview of the surrounding area. While the apartment is located near the highway, it is in the middle of nowhere. The parking lot is very run down and the area surrounding the building is very unkept. In addition, we found the price to be quite high for what the accommodation had to offer as a whole.

Negative: No carpets on the floor, no curtains on the windows, There was no electric kettle, and the hob was not working. We were cooking everything in microwave...even tea and eggs. I hope this is the last negative comments, the owner promised to solve this problem. Otherwise the apartments is spacious, clean and in good location. Good communication with owner.
