Positive: The host in the reception was wonderful and helpful. She helped in every way she could. She answered all our questions and was very accommodating.

Negative: The location was too far from city centre and it didn’t feel very safe, but the hotel grounds and security were lovely The general cleanliness of the apartment could be improved, mainly the floors The mattresses were okay but the pillows were too hard

Positive: Location very handy for the airport and bus into town or to the airport. We were able to leave our bags earlier than the check in time which was very convenient. Good parking. Apartment was very well equipped for self catering. The reception staff were nice and spoke excellent English.

Negative: There is no supermarket in the area. The main issue was the reception was closed in the morning when it came to check out and we had been told it would be open at 7am and that we would be able to order a taxi and return keys. The reception was closed and we did not have instructions about the keys and we took the bus.

Summary: Great well equipped apartment in a very good location for bus into town or to the airport.

Negative: The accommodation lies on a main bus route between the Airport and City Centre (route no. 6). Alight the bus at the Roussillionnaise bus stop and you are literally there. It may not be obvious at first but keep looking and it is approx 20 yds from the bus stop. Better location and directional advice on the accommodation website would be a great help.
