Positive: So conveniently located from main route from France to Switzerland and very easy to find. Staff with the keys were lovely, very friendly both on arrival and departure. Apartment was cosy and warm although cold outside. I will book again

Negative: A coffee making facility would have been nice, although there is a great Italian restaurant adjacent, and they are also open for coffee first thing in the morning. Next time I stay I will bring a coffee system

Negative: We booked the superior apartment T2 and we got the standard apartment T2 and I could prove it because the pictures of the standard T2 on booking.com were identical to the one we stayed in. The staff said they can’t do anything and that the problem was with the pictures. But I paid more for something I did not receive, very disappointing and misleading

Negative: We went with our friends, even though we paid for breakfast, they made us pay an additional 10 Euros more after breakfast. The reason is for the meals that increased on the plate, it's ridiculous!

Summary: The accommodation is nice, but the behavior shown at breakfast was not good.

Positive: For a one night stopover for my family of 3, it was very comfortable and clean. It is a great budget hotel and near a supermarket, restaurant and cafes which makes it super convenient

Negative: No basic toiletries such as shampoo nor body wash. Perhaps we were expecting too much.

Positive: Good location and easy to find. Very friendly staff, especially at the restaurant, some nice food options in the immediate vicinity.

Negative: The apartment did not have air conditioning and it was extremely hot. There were 2 ceiling fans which helped, but would be more comfortable with air conditioning.

Positive: Free parking, easy check-in, fairly good price, nice view.

Negative: Maintenance & Cleanliness not great: Broken lamp at the entrance, cigarettes on the balcony, clogged siphon in the bathroom, just the bare minimum equipment of everything in the apartment (4x spoon, fork, knife, cup...), elevator didn't work one day.
