Positive: I stayed for 12 nights. The check-in instructions was very easy to follow. Everything was as described while booking. Also, they reply to the messages within 30 mins or less. The Wifi was good for an average use. It's pretty convenient that you have all of the kitchen devices. The amenities were good. They provided: 2 big towels 3 small towels 2 shampoo bottles (100 ml each) 2 conditioner bottels (100 ml each) 2 shower gel bottels (100 ml each) 2 small laundry gel sheets 2 toothbrushes each with a small toothpaste I will definitly choose to stay there again!

Negative: The futon they provided on the bed was a bit cold for me! I had a small travel blanket and it helped me to overcome this. Maybe I'm just not used to using futons though!

Positive: + easy online check-in + quiet area + Metro 7 min, JR station 13 min walk + Option to dry clothes in the shower, + Gas burners, android tv + Good wifi PS I recommend the Japan Meat market nearby, large selection, low prices.

Negative: - very uncomfortable sofa bed - only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 people for 12 nights

Negative: japanese people , dont even know the place when we ask for directions, they need to updated the map and instructions, a contact number should be available, as we nearly spent the initial part of our trip in the streets, if not for the help of a polish neighour , who helped us contact the place , difficult getting the keys out of the box, should have updated this .

Positive: Quiet surrounding, private bath, kitchen annex, hvac, loundry machine, low price

Negative: Terrible sofa bed (the worse bed in our Japan trip), gas oven not working, only one toilet paper roll for 4 days, complicated online only check-in, no password for wifi

Summary: If you are young enough to sleep on horrible sofa bed than it is economic stay in Tokyo for you
