Positive: The place is beautiful, really great for a longer weekend stay to relax and recharge. The spa and sauna world is amazing, including the facilities. Beds are comfy, the room was big and well equipped. Food was good, but perhaps not as amazing as I remember from earlier this year. But still, the selection is big. Everyone would find something for themselves. Staff is lovely, very friendly and courteous. I will definitely come back. Shout out to Mrs. Jana, who gave me the best massage. Also the Thai massage is amazing.

Negative: Our room was not 100% clean when we arrived. The toilet seat was dirty and the bottom of the seat was very yellow from not being cleaned for a good while. Definitely unacceptable. The rest not the room seemed clean. Also the level of quality of massages was uneven. I had the best and the worst massage. Apparently, every person has a different style, hence the quality. Also some days the spa was overcrowded.

Positive: The spa has everything you need. Hotel is beautiful with tasty food.

Negative: The mattress in our room was way too firm and the pillows were one of the most uncomfortable ones I ever experienced.

Positive: everything was in the best way. The room very clean, the restaurant perfect with a lot of variety of food, in the morning and also in the evening. the team and the manager very kindly and professional. The SPA- greatest, with a planty of saunas , pools, recreation room, must go to visit in the evening night.
