Positive: Very comfortable, spacious apartment, ideally clean. It's not far from the city centre, there are are multiple interesting sights nearby. Also, it's very convenient to get the keys, even in the evening.

Negative: It's by the road, so sometimes the traffic is noticeable. Also, it would be good to have a bit more pans/pots in the kitchen.
