Positive: Great place, very comfortable, warm and clean. When water heater turned off, owner came in right away and fixed it, also he spoke english and was super helpful. Not too far from ski resort, around 15min by car

Positive: The place is spacious, well equipped and very clean. Only recently finished and on the market. The owner is very communicative and friendly. He built most of the place himself as a builder. It's an old village house that was completely renovated and now houses 3 modern apartments of different sizes. The location is good, close to the sights that need to be seen, such as the Orava Castle.
Negative: It's on a busy street so traffic noises can be heard until in the evening when it gets quieter. And the wall is not properly sound proofed so you must hope for a non-snoring neighbour.

Positive: The place was nice and cosy. Overall we were satisfied.
Negative: High and loud traffic, that’s a characteristic of the place. However, even with that, it was OK.

Positive: This place is amazing! It's an open space with a bedroom on a mezzannine. It's absolutely beautiful, cozy, comfortable and has all amenities you need (including a washing machine). There is a private parking lot. There are basic products in the kitchen avaiable (tea, coffee pods, olive oil etc.). We stayed here in December and it was very warm and cozy inside. The hosts are amazingly friendly and open. We travelled during Christmas time, and they decorated the whole place (including a beautiful Christmas tree!), which was very kind and thoughtful of them. It's quite a good starting point for Mala Fatra trips, there is a small shop just around the corner, however, you need a car there to be fully independent. It truly deserves 11 out of 10 stars!

Positive: Very nice, cozy apartment. Very well equipped including the kitchen corner. It was very clean. Párnica is close to many nice hiking places on Malá Fatra.
Negative: Not much greenery around. Owner is improving the courtyard at the moment. Our room was quite warm during the day (in was pretty hot summer) but we were usually out. There is no air conditioning.
