Positive: The location was great and the apartment cure and true to the images.

Negative: the communication was not great. It said was partially refundable but when we tried to cancel one night for 2 of the 3 apartment we booked , no one wanted to know. I thought that was terrible. The shower was so low that I couldn't wash my hair. The bed was small for such a big apartment , the soap dispenser in the shower didn't work so I have to wash with shampoo. Just all up could have been better with very little extra care form the management.

Positive: Nice furniture and beds. Good lighting, nice kitchen.

Negative: had to buy milk and coffee plunger was a bit munted.

Summary: Overall really and great value for money. Close to shops and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Positive: Facilities were great, love the location! There were some roadworks outside which will be gone soon so that will solved the parking issue/ I had to do 2 trips to the car around the corner to unload / reload but not a major! Will be booking again every time I come to Dunedin - Its like a little home away from home!

Negative: The washing machine and dryer weren't turning on, and it could do with some salt and pepper/ cooking oil. Other than that fabulous!

Summary: A home away from home! Fabulous!
