Summary: Excellent apartment with spectacular view! Highly recommend!

Summary: Host was sweet and clean room. Stayed in a comfort room where there is no view. Only one really small window in the small kitchenette. The double bed in the room was a sofa bed they had turned into a double bed. Great location if you don’t wanna stay in the very busy old town. Only a small walk into that and beach bar and restaurant were close to here aswell.

Summary: Excellent apartment in great location. Spotlessly clean with large living area and 2 balconies. Our host Radonja was extremely welcoming and helpful- organised tea and coffee for us on 2 mornings and organised our boat trip. One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in - 100% recommended

Summary: Our stay at Apartment Olive near Kotor was nothing short of exceptional. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything you could possibly need, making it easy to explore and enjoy the beauty of the area without any hassle. From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel incredibly welcome. Their friendliness and genuine hospitality set the tone for the entire stay, and they went above and beyond by providing excellent information about the local area, helping us make the most of our time there. The apartment itself was immaculate in every way—spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. What really made the experience unforgettable, though, was the view. It was simply breathtaking and is something that will stay with us for a very long time. This trip was especially meaningful as we were celebrating our son’s 18th birthday, and Apartment Olive provided the perfect setting to make the occasion truly special. We would highly recommend this lovely apartment to anyone looking to stay near Kotor—it’s a place we would happily return to again.

Summary: I had a great experience in this place. Radonja was waiting for me when I arrived and he was very kind, providing insights about the area as well as offering coffee and palačinke. The place was very clean and well equipped, and it's not far from the old town. I would definitely recommend this place.

Summary: AMAZING!! The host, Radohia (and his lovely mother) were so kind and helpful. Very polite, very knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to provide valuable information on sightseeing and dining, as well as coming to the rescue when needed. The apaprtment lacked for nothing and it was very clean and well located to walk to favored destinations. I travel the world, and I was extremely impressed. Highly, highly recommended!

Summary: Lovely property with great balconies and views. Spacious and clean. Beautiful area and perfect location for walking to Kotor Old Town. Central for other attractions with car. We cannot fault the attention and care to us shown by our host. Highly recommend this beautiful place. Best beach we found was at Morinj but lots nearby.

Summary: We loved the Olive Apts! It’s a perfect location, close enough to the activity, but removed from the chaos in the heart of the tourist zone. The apartment was beautiful and Rodelia was super helpful during a very difficult time that came about from a crime that happened to us. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Kotor!!

Summary: Amazing place 10/10! Super friendly hosts. They really care about the guests and would go out of their way to make the guests feel comfortable and welcoming. Very useful information was given to us as soon as we arrived and they would prepare coffees in the morning according to your schedule. The hosts put a lot of heart and soul into operating the place. Everything is close by; dining, beach and the old town. It’s definitely a gem hidden in the busy city of Kotor!
