The owner, Ilia, went far beyond expectations — he personally took me to the famous Sveti Stefan island in Budva and helped me so much during my stay. He was always there when I needed advice or assistance with my booking and made everything smooth and stress-free. The room itself was just perfect — spacious and stylish, with a top balcony, a big comfortable bed, air conditioning, a fridge, and everything I could possibly need. Everything was super clean and made me feel at home right away. Such genuine hospitality and such a wonderful place are rare to find. Thank you so much, everyone from Elena apartments for making my trip truly unforgettable!

Positive: I really like the location of the property. It is close to the main places I wanted to visit. The view was great. The owner was friendly.

Negative: The boiler at the bathroom was leaking. There was one air conditioner for two room (with different switches), and although I didn't use it from time to time I found myself in a puddle of water on the balcony. That is because the water from AC was falling onto my balcony into a bucket which sometimes overflowed.

Positive: we were not sure about this accomodation mostly because of the photos. this was the best place we stayed during our vacation (we stayed at 4 places in 3 countries). the location was peaceful. it was easy to see different sides of budva using the bus while staying here. most importantly: it was very clean. we will definetely stay here the next time we are in budva
