Positive: What can I say about this place and Xenia..! Everything was amazing, the view, the peacefullness, the whole place was just heaven!! And Xenia, what an amazing, kind human being she is! She made me feel like I knew her for years and treated me also like that! Just recommending this place is not enough, just book it and go, it's a wonderful experience!! Looking forward to visit again next summer!!!

As for the host, we have no words that can describe Xenia, a warm woman that makes you feel like home from the very first moment! Don't miss it.

Positive: The apartment is great. It has all the appliances you might need, and the bathroom is fully stocked. The apartment is spacious and very airy. The terrace is also a wonderful bonus, with a hammock where you can easily nap during the day. You can see the sea, you can see the stars, and you’re sheltered from the wind (we had a very windy week). The beach is very close and not crowded. The internet is excellent if you’re thinking about working from there. Also, the apartment is pet-friendly, and our dog was welcomed with bowls and cold water — which was wonderful after a long drive. Not only was the dog welcomed, but we received the same treatment: cold water, a fruit basket, and even some local alcohol :) We enjoyed that too. Overall, staying there was a great experience. Also, the hosts are amazing people.

Positive: This property is amazing ! A massive thank you to Ksenia and her husband for making our stay unforgettable! The hospitality was beyond expected, the owners’ tips were extremely helpful! The apartment is impeccable, very modern with everything you might possibly need for cooking to washing, etc. Shower cream and shampoo were provided and a fantastic welcoming gift!!!! Easy parking and communication with the owners. Lovely balcony with lots of privacy and amazing views. I could write about the experience without stopping! Thank you for allowing tourists to experience an amazing Peloponnese ! The locals are fantastic and helpful. You will feel at home while staying there. Our beach and cultural holiday was the best ever, and we’ve travelled in many continents. We’re definitely going back there!

Positive: The location was excellent! The apartment is located on a cliff just above the beach and it has a magnificent view. The beach is merely a 2 minutes walk from the door of the apartment. The balcony was my favorite spot. I could sit there and relax while hearing the sounds of the waves beneath.

Negative: There wasn't anything that I didn't like. All my expectations were met. The price was a little high, but it was to be expected due to the time of the year and all the things I mentioned above. It was to be expected I suppose.

Summary: My dream vacations for relaxing and charging up my batteries.

Positive: The apartment has been recently renovated and is nicely furnished and equipped with everything you can possibly need, from kitchen appliances, 3 types of coffee makers to washing machine and iron, plus Xenias gifts in the fridge! The views from the apartment and the terrace are stunning. On a little beach just below you find your private umbrella and sunbeds and nearly nobody around. The water is cristal clear. The taverns of the village are good and easily reachable on foot. Your car can be parked on a slot that the lovely host Xenia keeps for you. Be sure to communicate with the host before your arrival, to find the location easily.

Negative: Nothing comes to mind. Only that we would have loved to stay longer!

Positive: Finally, this is the day when we got to Kxiropigado! It was early morning. We easily found Ksenia’s house, she very well pointed out in the photo how to find it! We were met by the owner of the magical apartment - Ksenya. We understood that the apartment was like that We just entered it! the furnishings fully corresponded to the description without embellishment, so I will not describe everything that is there, EVERYTHING is there!!!!!!!! Everything to make us feel at home. Breakfast was waiting for us in the refrigerator, which Ksenia had carefully left for us. We arrived with our beloved little dog Gucci. Ksenia took care of her too, a bowl and a toy were waiting for her! She received gifts very often!) the biggest The view of the sea left an impression in our memory. Going out onto the veranda (which also has everything for relaxation) you can see in the distance the old city of the first capital of Greece, Naphlion. In the mornings you can hear the voices of birds and the sound of the sea, it’s super! And in the evening we enjoyed the silence with numerous lights , which were visible in the distance and the bottomless starry sky! the sea is a few steps away, there on the beach Ksenia placed sun loungers and a large umbrella. Every day we enjoyed the sun and sea. And what sunrises there are! they cannot be forgotten, just as care cannot be forgotten, with whom Ksenia surrounded us! She thought out everything down to the smallest detail, so that while relaxing we didn’t have to think about anything! We didn’t have to think about where to park the car since there was a parking space! We just enjoyed our vacation! And this is partly thanks to Ksenia! Thank you so much! We had a wonderful time and will definitely return to this heavenly place! A place you want to return to!!!!!! Thank you!

Positive: Apartment Xenia...omg! 🤩 Let's start with the view which is just breathtaking!! Now, to our dear host Ksenia, what a wonderful, caring, friendly, and most kind person. From our early communication she was always attentive to every little detail, she welcomed us personally in town to guide us to the apartment and the parking, which wasn't as described in another comment a tiny and not crowded residential area with good space. Then, the apartment was just beautiful, wine, water and sweet fruits as a welcoming gift and our dog received a toy that she in the most sweet way bought for her...this melted our hearts, ofc ❤️ (also, bowls for her food). Every little detail in the apartment is well convieded to make this your home, everyting is new, kitchen appliances ( big refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, caffe machine, lot of pots, beautiful porcelain tableware,washmachine and more and more, all you might need is there. The bathroom has a good shower (shampoo and soap- hot water) cream, hairdryer, towels (including beach towels and beach chairs) mirrow with a super light (beard for my husband, makeup for me). Huge living room, huge TV, log with your credentials in Netflix, Apple, Amazon etc.and you have it) lights for all moods (very nice and chic) lots of space. The bedroom was super comfortable and with a door with mosquito net ( both doors) where you can enjoy the sound of the waves, relax and go to have the best night sleep ever) 😊 The balcony.... Oh oh oh...HUGE,from one side to the other- panoramic view ( you can see Nafplio and the venetian castle from there), chairs and table both outside the bedroom and the living room, and one that I enjoyed very much and every day, a futon bed, to read, watch the starts and the most amazings sunrises ever!!!! Magnificent... It really is. Did I mentioned that is extremely quiet and calm, nights are just marvelous, just you and the sea- romantic...

Positive: The apartment was nicely decorated, clean and it had a balcony with the most amazing view. Everything we needed was available, the internet connection was very good and parking was easy. The owner, Ksenia is a lovely lady and is always very quick to answer any queries that we had. You would definitely need a car to move around this area but the views around the bay are spectacular and in the next town, Kiveri we found a bakery with excellent cakes/cookies and home-made ice-cream.

Negative: The weather could have been nicer but on the other hand, it was also interesting to watch the strong winds blowing at the coast.

Summary: A lovely apartment with a fantastic view!!!
