Our Complex is a brand new, purpose-built executive residence for long and short term-stay tenants located on Sukhumvit 39. The property exudes the feel of a home with all the facilities and services one would only expect to find at an international five-star holiday resort.
What makes us unique?- Our recreational facilities is the top notch and my staffs are very service oriented. We are very friendly and helpful people. We are in a great location, plus with the amenities and facilities around, you can take advantage of that and have hassle-free time/holiday.
Additionally, every room, floor, facility and lift on the property requires a key card to access. Even the tenants themselves may only access the floor on which they reside and the common areas, thus providing utmost security and privacy for all residents.
Our unit has a spacious one bed room with excellent view of the city(panoramic view), with fully equipped kitchenette, a separate living room with balcony.
We have two towers, one is where our short term residents are and the other is just for long term expats. However, you can use the facilities and amenities in both the buildings.
I'm always available to interact with the guest either by phone or email. I work almost 12 hours a day and I'm present at the building almost at all times. My staff is there 24/7, if im not available, they can help you out. I'm always looking to help the guest, so there's nothing to worry about.
Recreational Facilities and Restaurants inside our compound. Also, other restaurants are just within walking distance. Guest can sleep here, relax here with the use of our facilities, swim here, play sports as well as eat at our restaurants within the building. Our Residence is a smart choice for travelers to Bangkok, offering a relaxed and hassle-free stay every time.
We have a shuttle service that drops the guest around the neighbourhood, as well there's skytrain(BTS), and MRT and buses around us within walking distance.
There's free parking in the building.
We offer an airport pick up service with a fee around 500 baht net. You can let me know if you need that help.

Summary: Tucked away, hidden gem on the 29th floor with an amazing view. Very clean (Daily house keeping) shuttle service to the mall which gave access to the rail system system. Walking distance to some great restaurants. We walked everywhere from here. Bed was firm. The kitchen was stocked with bare essentials, pot, pan, 2 sets of dishes and utensils. It did have a nice size fridge, which we used. Finding the place was quite difficult as directions were not clear. We were fortunate to have a driver that was very helpful and was able to figure out where we had to be due to his knowledge of the area. Once there, the staff was very helpful. We would stay here again.

Summary: We had always stayed in hotels in Bangkok, and wanted more convenience and flexibility. This place exceeded all our needs. Great rooftop pool, free shuttle to BTS among the amenities we enjoyed. The apartment was wonderful, big refrigerator, excellent having the washer/dryer. We will definitely be back. The only things that could be improved would be a chair or two for the balcony, and a coffee maker. But regardless this place is 10/10. Easy and great contact with the owner/property manager. Excellent communication.

Summary: I'll start with my only criticism of the location. There should be better instructions as to how to check-in as others noted. Maybe place a sign up in the lobby with instructions. But once I checked in I only have praise for this location. You'll be in the neighborhood of embassies and several good restaurants. It's a short 5-7 minute walk to Sukhumvit Road where more restaurants and bars are located. Place is kept spotless with great maid service. Internet works great as does the AC. I extended my stay a few weeks to keep this spot. I'll be back.
