Positive: The property is central in Budva Old Town, between bars, shops and restaurants. The street noise can be loud when the windows are open but very quiet once closed. The host is very friendly and owns the grocery store adjacent. Room was air conditioned and cosy as expected for the era of the buildings.

Negative: Noise from other internal guests can be loud up the stairwell

Negative: Although it was not really an issue, the bathroom was a little small and uncomfortable. Again this was not such a major issue, as I can manage.

Positive: The location is right in the heart of the Stari Grad. Walking distance to everything you need. You need to walk your suitcases into the Stari Grad (no cars or parking). A great little apartment with a kitchenette and washing machine. A private bathroom via the adjoining hallway.

Positive: Bed was comfy, air con worked great, washing machine in room, great location.

Negative: Cutlery was dirty. Not able to drink the tap water. The bathroom is separate to the room, you have to exit and lock down then head into the bathroom and lock that door. There was washing still on in my room when I arrived. I offered to bring it down but he said not to and then on my last day when I returned to my room I noticed someone had been in there while I was gone and got the washing.

Negative: - The description says that there is a built-in toilet, but access to it is through a common entrance. Therefore, you should go to it before/before waking up, or make sure that the neighbors don’t see you in your underpants. - It’s not immediately clear how to find an apartment for check-in

Positive: Location is perfect! Host is friendly. Wifi works well.

Negative: The room is very small. No table or anything like in the photos. Even there is no space to put your luggage (cabin size) on the ground or on to anything. The bathroom was outside the room (don't know if all the rooms like that) and was very small. No hairdryer. It's a sofabed and hard to breathe in the room without opening windows which is quite noisy.
