Positive: The location was excellent, very convenient, and the facilities were comfortable and well-equipped. Additionally, the owner and staff were incredibly attentive.

Negative: When we arrived, the boiler and Wi-Fi were not working. Although the owner and staff resolved these issues, they should have been ready for guest arrival.

Positive: Location, location, location! This fantastic and cozy apartment in Valle Nevado offers a breathtaking view and is just a 4-minute walk to the slopes. The convenience of covered parking and a ski locker was a highlight of our stay. The owner, Jonathan, was incredibly responsive via WhatsApp, always replying within 5 minutes. Shout out to Jonathan for making our stay truly special!

Positive: The views are amazing. The unit was very nice and convenient to everything. The storage lockers are awesome since we didn't have to lug up the skis, poles and boots. The owner was really responsive and the front door staff were really helpful. Our family was able to watch several movies provided by the owner and had a great time. Thank you

Negative: The heater was broken when we first arrives but the front desk and maintenance was able to fix it.

Positive: Excellent apartment, sky in sky out, inside Valle Nevado, nice balcony with mountains view, silence, great shower, all the equipment necessary to cook, everything working perfectly, safe place to leave the sky equipment in the first floor. We had a great time!
