Positive: The price was excellent. I stayed in the smallest room available. On this trip, I wanted to be a little different. The room was comfortable. The shower was okay. In fact , for what I paid, everything was okay. The area location was quiet and pleasant.

Negative: For me, the room was a touch small, and I could not spread out. The confusion of the room size when I booked was strange and needed a bit more clarity. The owner did connect and say to check his website out. I did and decided that I would see how things went. Sometimes the simple things, I could have done with a larger table for my laptop. My suitcase always seemed in the way. The shower had a curtain, I personally don't like that, but you live with it for a few days. I had my car, so I never used public transport, but it was further to Erlangen than I thought. Not the end of the world. I have mixed feelings, yes, there are a few minor issues, but what a good price. If you're looking for no frills, basic and low-cost accommodation, I would recommend it. Maybe 4 nights for me was too much.
