Positive: Very close to several transportation options. The apartment is clean. Spacious room. Friendly staff.

Negative: It's on the 4th floor and there is no lift. If you have big luggage, it will be an unpleasant surprise. The staff helped me when I first arrived. But later it could be inconvenient if there's no one No wifi.

Positive: - Fantastic location, loads of fab restaurants, bars, coffee shops in the area, a lively but not too touristy area, the building itself was on a quiet corner - close to Mauerpark as well which was great! - The apartment is squeaky clean, this may have been the cleanest place I've ever stayed in, including hotels. There's cleaning every day so also the shared areas are spotless. Loved it! - Great value for money

Negative: There is a very limited time slot for check-in (2pm - 6pm or similar). I would stay again if I could make sure to be there on time but things like train delays happen very often and it may not always be easy to plan one's arrival within the narrow check-in window. Still, I would definitely stay again if the timing worked!

Summary: Would absolutely stay again, excellent choice for a budget stay in a great location in Berlin.
