Positive: Easy to find. Good parking. All you need for a few days .

Negative: You feel like you were in a prison because the apartment is in the cellar the windows looked on to a small square space with white walls and alittle gravel stones on the floor window level and a metal grate on the top of the wall . Very strange . Glad we only booked one night . Would like to stay longer with no view . If the walls were painted green and some artificial plants & flowers or garden ornaments were put in the grave it would look a lot nice as if you were looking into a garden. A shame the host didn’t come to ask if everything was ok or to say good bye , even though she lived in the house above to apartment. We had to walk past to leave . We were told just to leave to key on the table .

Positive: The apartment is modern and clean; it feels just like an hotel. The host is really friendly and flexible on the arrival time. The fridge also has a free bottle of water, which was great as hotels don’t even provide that. The location is close to Sandoz and about 15 -20 minutes walk to the Holzkirchen train station. For my work travel, this place is perfect.
