Positive: The apartment was nicely located to many of the distillies and the Guinness storehouse. It was also only a 10 minute walk to the temple bar district. The apartment was very inviting when you walked in, clean and comfortable. The communication prior to arriving was excellent and access to the apartment was extremely easy.

Negative: The only thing my friend and I didn't like about the apartment was the bathroom, it could use a little TLC.

Positive: Location was perfect for walking to center. No curfew could come and go.

Negative: The pictures made flat look bigger. Bed fit in room but nothing else. Bedroom heat did not come on. Kitchen was dusty and had dirty used cup on table. Light bulbs missing from lamps. Washer/dryer combo dryer did not work. Key turned multiple times before dead bolt worked.

Positive: Good location. Safe area. Very clean unit. Washer very helpful.

Negative: Noisy weekend neighbors (guffawing until 04:00 Sunday). Lots of construction on two across-the-street lots, beginning one morning at 07:30. Hey, it's a real neighborhood, I get it. Get rid of that lamp holder next to the bed, it's going to take someone's eye out. Unit could really use a fan, something to move the air around in the absence of a/c (which it should have, imo). Could not figure out how to use the dryer; it looks like no dryer used in the U.S., perplexing. Better instructions would help. Need to use doorstops to keep doors open, which led to lots of stubbed toes. What balcony? You mean 'roof access'? No TV was a drag. For that money, there should be a TV. Needs better lighting by the outside door, cannot see the lock at night, needed to use flashlight,

Positive: The location was exceptional. Easy walking distance to all of Dublin’s attractions. In the antique quarter, which is in Liberty not Portobello. The apartment was clean, although it did have a musty smell.

Negative: There was no TV. The property is a bit tired. We had to fix the shower with tape. No dish towels.
