Positive: 1.Thanks to the host for allowing early check-in. 2.Collecting the key was easy, and the instructions were very clear. 3.The location is perfect — it’s easy to find parking nearby, and the tram stop is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Negative: 1.The apartment is listed as a Two-Bedroom Apartment, which is incorrect. It consists of just one very small room where the sofa and bed are placed uncomfortably close to each other, with a tiny kitchen set in a narrow hallway at the entrance. The photos on the site are quite misleading, as they don’t show how close the sofa and bed actually are. Definitely not value for money. 2.Cleanliness: The sofa and blankets had many dirty stains. The coffee mugs and cups were so filthy that it looked like they hadn’t been washed. Even the tablecloths seemed unwashed for a long time. The bed was also not made properly. 3.The property does not have Wi-Fi, and the TV is only for namesake—it has just one analog channel with a very weak signal. 4.The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator. If you have heavy bags, small children, or elderly companions, this will cause major difficulty. 5.Hot water stopped all of a sudden. It seems the apartment uses a very small-capacity boiler—you have to wait almost 40 minutes before hot water comes back.

Summary: Not Value for Money. No WiFi. Property title is wrong : It is not a Two-Bedroom Apartment!
