Positive: Great location in Calella and overall on the Maresme, easy to reach bigger cities by train. Lovely host, very kind. The apartment is very beautiful, and has everything you need, it is such a good place and a great alternative if you do not want to pay too much on accomodation in this area of Catalonia.

Negative: It is not the apartment issue, but the walls in these buildings are paper-thin, so you can hear everything from the neighbours. Better be quiet and respectful, it might not be ideal for a group of youth.

Positive: The host, Manuel, was so kind and helpful. He couldn't have done more to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment has absolutely everything you would need for a self catered stay. There was no oven but everything else you'd need to cook and wasn't a problem for us. The location was brilliant for the beach, restaurants and shops. Lots of good places to eat.

Positive: Excellent location, very close to the beach. On the other side the flat is also very close the main square with the church. Building is very quiet, and flat is nice and cosy, well decorated and full of facilities. Owner was very kind and friendly!

Negative: Not an excellent light exposure in the bathroom or the bedroom, but kitchen and living room can be very bright when sun is out!

Summary: I stayed with my family, 2 kids, and we really enjoyed staying there!

Positive: Very well equipped apartment. Everything needed for short stay. Host very friendly and showed us around in person & was easy to reach if needed anything. Location very good - 10 min walk to train station and just few min walk to the beach.

Negative: It can get rather hot - no AC and dehumidifier is bit to weak for +30 and more degrees and summer humidity

Positive: The apartment is super cute and cosy! It was super clean and have all the necessary amenities (kitchen apliances and utensilities, bathroom with towels, soap, first aid kit, wasking machine, toillet paper etc.). It is equipped with vents on the ceiling vents and it have available an eletric heater too. The TV have Netflix available with a account already setup in our language (apart from the normal spanish channels). The balcony is super cute, with view to the Church tower. The apartment has an elevator and it's very well located close to the train station, and in a street paralel to the main street on Calella (where the majority of the stores, restaurants are located, and paralel to the beach as well (where you can find parking if you need it). Manuel (the apartment owner) is super nice and kind and always checked on us during our stay (by text msg) if we need something or if everything is going well. My parents (seniors) and I loved our stay in this apartment and we'll definitily come back in the future. Thank you Manuel for everything!
