Positive: Everything about the experience was perfect. The apartment is clean, spacious, and has everything you could need. Communication was quick and clear, and always helpful. Location is about 40 minutes walk to the centre. It was like staying in someone's home and was exactly what I needed after months of traveling.

Negative: Nothing. It was perfect.

Positive: This is an excellent apartment. We were very happy with the entire property. Bed was super comfy, kitchen was well provisioned and we were able to do some cooking and save some eating-out money. Jill is a fantastic landlord - she provides lots of useful information about the flat and Inverness, She checks in and is very responsive.

Positive: The flat is in a quiet, and very nice, area of Inverness - close to Asda (walking distance); but not in a new housing estate. On entry, it was fresh, clean, modern, and welcoming. Communication with the hosts had a rapid, pleasant, turnaround, and they checked in to make sure everything was okay. Getting to the flat was fairly easy if you're coming from the South - come off the A9 and in via Inches (that roundabout!!! If you know, you know), or via the back road from Farr/Daviot (single track for some length; but much quieter, with excellent views over Inverness and the Moray Firth) - I know which route I prefer! Bathroom was modern, clean, and well supplied with towels, soap, and other expected items. Electric over-the-bath shower was modern, plenty of water pressure (cold water feed) & had a good glass half-bath partition protecting the rest of the room from the spray. The modern kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, condiments, spices(!), and fresh milk in the fridge (Thank you!!!); and a few other things I can't remember. Crockery, glassware, cutlery, & cookware, were also available. Bedroom continued the clean, modern, and comfortable theme - delightfully large (comfy) bed! There's a guest information 'book' online - link supplied - which is well laid out, very informative, and *helpful*. WiFi is free, secure, and has plenty bandwidth. Mobile signal was good... always helpful when you're away from home. Plenty of power points... many with USB charging ports. There was also a large screen, modern, TV. We didn't watch live TV; but it was available if we'd wanted to. Double-glazed throughout. Parking was available.

Negative: Water pressure for the hot taps could have been better; but that's just nit-picking & not necessarily something they could improve upon (although cold water pressure was excellent, so... maybe?) Value for money? Meh. But!!! For high season in Inverness? It was pretty reasonable for the quality, and location, of the property. Again... nit-picking.

Summary: Clean, comfortable, modern, and not an unreasonable price for high season. Would definitely return.

Positive: The apartment was cozy and in very good condition. We really enjoyed the small touches like the Nespresso Coffee, Oat Cookies and really nice towels and bed linen. The bluetooth speaker in the bathroom mirror was a really nice touch

Negative: The apartment is not walking distance to Inverness high street, but it's perfectly located for driving trip - which was what we did and it was easy to reach the highway.
