Positive: Great location, really nicely finished, very clean. It had everything e.g. washing machine, TVs etc. Host was very helpful. Vis is a great place, and this flat makes for very convenient centre to explore it from being half way between the two parts of the town.
Negative: The sea view is partial - can only be seen from one bedroom, and that too between two houses - but that's fine, just walk outside/to the road, and you've got a full view. There's only one air conditioning unit, which can cover the whole space (but as it's only in one room), it makes the temperatures across rooms inconsistent.
Summary: Very nice apartment, well finished, helpful host, convenient location.
