On-site fees: A 20% deposit is due within one week of booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash or by bank transfer no later than one week before arrival. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment. Upon arrival, please ring the doorbell at the building’s entrance on the middle floor (first floor) to check in with Ms. Annemarie Bornemann, who will provide you with the keys and the house rules. The vacation rental itself is located on the top floor of the building. You can park your vehicle for free in front of the building in the parking space designated for the vacation rental. Supervision of small children is important when using the balcony. The fireplace can only be operated electrically (no heat output)—use of an open fire is not permitted
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
