Positive: Nice location, lots of greenery and a swimming pool, unfortunately there was no weather to use it. Modern apartment, comfortable beds, big plus for air conditioning, which heated our stay. (end of March) I only have a reservation about the electricity, weak power, it often threw us out, which was annoying. It is worth thinking about improving this. A successful stay, thank you.

Positive: A group of two-storey houses in a perfectly maintained garden with lush vegetation. Clean, well-maintained swimming pool. Extremely quiet and peaceful area. There are approx. 10 apartments on the ground floor or on the first floor. Apartment 4 on the ground floor with a view of the garden consists of a living room (air conditioning) with a kitchenette, a large and a small bedroom and a comfortable bathroom with a washing machine. Very good kitchen equipment. Clean. Excellent, remote contact with the owner. Check-in and check-out without any problems. There is no problem with parking, a small bay for parking under the trees. An excellent base for exploring the south of the island.

Negative: Just features not drawbacks. An extremely quiet residential area, which may not please everyone. The nearest grocery store is in Cala Pi - 4 km and there is also the nearest narrow beach. Friendly advice for the owner - the bedside tables by the bed could be larger.

Positive: Great apartment with all amenities to have a relaxing week, everything is the same as on pictures. 2 minutes walk to the great cliff to watch romantic sunsets. Strongly recommend
