Summary: The apartment is in an ideal location,with many sights within walking distance and has good transport connections to the beach and other places out of town. Plenty of nearby restaurants and tapas bars, and shady green spaces. It is spacious, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. There are great views from the window. It is up three flights of stairs (no lift), which is a consideration for anybody with limited mobility. The proprietors are very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and if we returned to Valencia, would certainly consider renting it again.

Summary: We had a lovely time in Valencia. The flat was exactly as in the pictures and it was very clean. Nieves is great and made us feel very welcoming. The flat is fully equipped, even with toys for the kids. I will fully recommend it to anyone and I will definitively stay again in this flat.

Summary: The appartment was spacious, it got everthing you needed and was nearby the centre, good wifi !!! (10 euro/week) and all the highlights. The owner was very helpfull and correct. Best to know, take earplugs because the traffic make lots of noise untill late in the evening and again early in the morning.

Summary: We spent an excellent trip in Nieves 's flat! Nieves is very friendly and took time to give us all the information necessary to organize our trip, really great! the apartment is very very clean and very well furnitured! everything is present in case you want to cook. The air conditioning is included which is very nice when the température outside is around 30°c. The flat is a bit noisy but as a flat located in a bit city and actuelly we did not spend a lot of time inside. The flat is perfectly located, in front of the old city and very well served by public transports. Thanks a lot Nieves for your availability and kindness !!

Summary: Perfect place to stay if you want to visit Valencia! The owner is such a nice and caring person, she gave us a lot of good tips for our holidays. The apartment was nice and clean and very well equipped, she even prepared a bunch of toys for the kids. Nice view of the Serrano towers. The location is perfect. The bus stop is next to the house for going to bioparc, and the same bus line the other direction will take you to the city of science and Gulliver's park (our kids favorite). Walking or biking is fun to do too. Passing the Serrano towers in front of the apartment you enter directly in the beautiful old center. Great city to visit with children. We've had a fantastic stay, highly recommendable!!
