Spacious, modernized holiday apartment in in the courtyard of a beautifully renovated old building with 4 sleeping rooms and a total of 8 beds directly at Theresienwiese in the most beautiful district Isarvorstadt. The Metro “Poccistrasse” is only 200 meters away. It takes 5 minutes to get to Marienplatz and Viktualienmarkt and 7 minutes to main station. Numerous cafes, bars and restaurants as well as galleries and the Isar, my favorite spot, are within walking distance. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a big private patio in the courtyard. A parking space in the courtyard can be rented for a fee. High quality shower room with rainshower / WC and a second WC. Professional cleaning. The interior is a mixture of old and new design classics, modern lighting concepts and unique and individually manufactured furniture.
Each sleeping room has a king size bed, which can easily be transformed single beds, ), a small private terrace, towels, dryer, cable TV, internet, music players and a wonderful board game.
Professional Cleaning. A cot for babies is available for free. Also 4 bikes are available for free to discover the city.
The apartment is located directly at Theresienwiese, where the famous Oktoberfest rises, in the beautiful and trendy district Ludwigsvorstadt / Isarvorstadt. Especially the magical ambience at the foot of the BAVARIA, the monument of the Theresienwiese, when illuminating majestically in the evenings has always been fascinating guests and locals.
Because the apartment is in a street with dead end, its though very quiet. The location of Theresienwiese is perfect for city trips because it is in-between of the old town, the main station and the scene-districts. Also the most trendy district "Glockenbach" or the Isar are only a 10 minutes-walk away.

Summary: The place is exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for 7 of us. It is a 2 block walk to Oktoberfest Site and 30 minutes to old town. The parking was a huge plus. There is not a lot of available street parking near place.

Summary: Clean apartment with many nice features (e.g, large dining table and excellent coffee maker). The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I felt comfortable with my window open at night. With two bathrooms, the rental can easily accommodate a group of friends. Designed for people on the move, as there is not a living room for lounging. We loved mornings in the kitchen/dining room and the bedrooms are quite comfortable for sleeping. Great stay with a responsive manager to answer questions.

Summary: Our truly enjoyed our recent stay at your property. We couldn't have asked for a better location. So easy to get around with the U-bahn station so close. We found some very tasty restaurants just a quick walk away. It was a great fit for our group.

Summary: Our family of 5 stayed here in late September for an Oktoberfest reunion. The 4 bedrooms were ideal for this group and the location could not be better. Flat furnished in minimal but functional style. Appreciated full kitchen. Host was a good communicator and was always available to help.

Summary: Location - Location - Location Just a few hundred yards from Octoberfest entrance is amazing! Four bedrooms and 1 & 1/2 baths (one shower) was good with our seven people. Kitchen (small) but very nice. Very safe location and we had a really good time. Walking distance to cafes and small markets. We didn't need parking space (car) but train (subway) travel very convenient to apartment. Good overall value

Summary: Beautiful property in fantastic location. Large bedrooms, shower room and toilet and a separate toilet. Andreas was very responsive to messages and extremely helpful. The apartment is quiet and peaceful despite being so central. The kitchen was stocked with coffee pods and beers for a reasonable donation. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thanks Andreas!
