Positive: The hosts were very gracious to allow us to check in early, kudos to them! As an added bonus, they allowed us to check out later than usual. We were a group of 10 visiting Vienna for the first time - 6 adults and 4 kids - and the place was more than enough for us. The apartment itself was very tidy (most important factor) and had all the items you’d normally expect from a home. Don’t be put off by the entrance and corridor leading to the apartment, though. Inside the apartment, the rooms were good-sized, beds were comfy, electric fans were provided as there’s no AC, but the place is well-ventilated and well-lit. We were even provided with coffee pods for the coffee machine- a pleasant surprise indeed! It’s a rare thing for hosts to do that, based on my previous experiences with Airbnb places. It’s situated in a quiet neighbourhood and is also near 3 grocery stores (Billa, Penny, EuroSpar) - all within 10 mins walk. Convenient location for transport to the city centre - 3 min walk to nearest tram stop which then takes you Schottentor station in 15-20 mins. From there, the major tourist sites are all accessible. It was definitely a wonderful stay for us for the entire 6 days we were there and made even better by how kind and considerate the hosts were. Highly recommended

Negative: We couldn’t work out how to use the tv but it wasn’t a problem at all because the kids had their own devices stream their shows. Could have more lighting in the living room, esp at night

Positive: We had a great stay at this apartment! It was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, which made it easy to relax—even though it's not right in the city center, it was still convenient to get around. The beds were comfortable, and all the rooms were nicely arranged and maintained. One thing to note is that there's no air conditioning, so it might get a bit warm during hotter days. Overall, a lovely place to stay and I would definitely recommend it!
