Positive: The location is convenient with easy access to the city, and having a private garage is a big plus. The apartment building is calm and relatively quiet, which I appreciated.

Negative: I was very disappointed to find an Apple AirTag (or similar tracking device) attached to the key without any prior information or consent. I consider this not only inappropriate but also possibly illegal. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable during my stay. Additionally, many of the household items such as plates and glasses were damaged or broken, which gave a careless impression. With some basic improvements and more respect for guest privacy, this place could be much better.

Positive: The location was perfect, it was near the centre, and the apartment was very clean. The personnel was very helpful, I recommend staying here.

Positive: A very pleasant apartment in a quiet area. A good place to rest after exploring the surrounding area.

Negative: There was mold in the shower, the bathroom curtain needed to be replaced, the gate remote control needed to be repaired and the dishwashing sponge could not be used. Cobwebs above the windows need to be cleaned up.

Positive: Spacious and comfortable. Great decor. Private parking was excellent.

Negative: The Wi-Fi didn’t work in all the time we were there. The conciergerie team said they tried to get the tech people on it but they “weren’t being helpful”. So no Wi-Fi and no TV either. I would have liked a bin in the bathroom, and a mat in the shower which was extremely slippery! There was no hand soap for toilet or bathroom and a hand towel or two would have been useful. Lacking in kitchen roll and toilet rolls.

Summary: Good apartment, shame about the Wi-Fi and tv.
