Positive: The location wasn't central to the 'tourist' part of the city, but within about 25 mins walking or by tram. Studio flat block was pleasant and quiet. Excellent small kitchenette and shower room.

Negative: It was short of a few essentials. The seating was OK for one but too tight for two. The curtains were inadequate to keep out the light, especially in the open kitchen area where there were none. Absolutely no information provided about the flat, i. e. where to take rubbish, locality, shops, restaurants etc! Zilch. Perhaps even a carton of UHT milk and other essentials would have been welcome. Lighting was institutional with no lighting or sockets next to bed for charging etc. The information makes a few false claims about a 'hot tub' and mini market being on the premises; nonsense! Good in many ways but needs more home and less institution!

Positive: A modest but comfortable and cosy apartment to stay for a few nights. Communication with the owner of the apartment was not a problem. We communicated via WhatsApp, and he was always prompt in replying to my queries :) When we checked in, the owner was at the open air car park to welcome us. He is an affable man, and we really like him. He told us that if we needed anything at the apartment, we could contact himand let him know. When we checked in, the home was clean and tidy (the home looks newly renovated). The home appliances, i.e., oven and microwave, look brand new. Heating is sufficient (at least for me), but it would be nice if there is a portable heater at the home because my husband felt a bit cold. The owner provided a small selection of teas, and there is also coffee. There is no washing machine in the home, but there is one washing machine at the basement of the apartment building. You will need to pay if you want to use the washing machine (note: it only accepts 50Cents coins). When the owner found out that we may want to do laundry, he immediately came over to the apartment with some coins, laundry capsules, and a drying rack for us to use. However, we did not do laundry in the end. Location of the apartment is convenient. There is a grocery shop nearby (within 2 mins walk away) and a few restaurants/bakery all within walking distance. There is a tram (no.6) that takes you to the city centre but we did not use the tram because we walked (it took us about 20-25mins to walk to the city centre). The area where the apartment is located felt safe. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

Negative: Nothing. P.s. it would be nice to have some paper towels and tissues at the apartment for the guests. Also, hanging racks to hang our coats.
