Negative: There is a noticeable damp smell in the apartment, which should either be resolved or clearly stated in the property description. This is particularly important for guests who have respiratory conditions or are sensitive to dampness, as it may affect their stay. In addition, the apartment is located next to a busy road, so traffic noise is clearly audible, especially when trucks pass by, which can be quite disturbing.

Positive: Modern equipment, clean flat
Negative: The flat is on the basement floor, just side by side with main intercity road. Not only personell cars, but also heavy trucks feel like riding beside the bed. The so called terrace is also side by side with the main road, unfortunatelly. In time of my booking there was aircon in the description, however none was present in the flat. Owner corrected it, but no discount was offered.

Its location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk from the city centre and close to many of Celje’s attractions, making it incredibly easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The accommodation itself was exceptionally comfortable, thoughtfully prepared, and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. From the cozy atmosphere to the practical amenities, it truly felt like a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Arc 23 and are already looking forward to staying again on our next trip to Celje.

Positive: The apartment was beautiful and really comfortable. It definitely looked way better in real life which left as amazed as it looked really good from the photos as well. It was really close to the city center and it had everything that we needed inside. The host was exceptional and really kind. We definitely enjoyed our visit there and we are for sure recommending everyone to visit this apartment.
