Positive: amazing location in an impeccable large apartment with a great view onto the Rhein. Super clean and well equipped with coffee/oil etc plus info about the local area this is one of the best places we ever stayed over booking. The hosts are very friendly. Ideal for family in a quiet but idyllic village on the Rhein.

Positive: The owner wrote that the keys were in the box and wrote the code to the lock. Upon arrival, many will not find this box)); it is just a box at the entrance to the garage. The owner lives on the second floor, when we called he came down and explained everything, a nice person. The apartment was clean, the new sofa was in good condition. The kitchen has a lot of dishes and cutlery. There is a toaster, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher. Personal parking for cars near the door, super convenient. You can sit at a table outside. You can go to the supermarket, not close, but not far, about 15-20 minutes on foot. The apartment also has wine and beer for an additional fee, convenient if you don’t want to go anywhere, the markup is minimal. It was quiet at night. Almost no one drives or walks on the street. During the day you can sometimes hear the engines of ships. But overall, in this regard, everything is comfortable. Overall you can stay for this price. But most likely I wouldn’t stay there the second time. It always depends on the owner, and he could provide everything that was not there in my opinion without any problems. In hotels and trusted hosts, at least everything is standard. If the issues are corrected, I think you can consider this place to stop.

Negative: A couple of unpleasant moments. Firstly, in the photo outside there was a table, a large sun umbrella and a grill. There was only a stand for the umbrella and during the entire stay the umbrella itself never appeared there. There was no grill either. We asked about it, but the owner clearly did not want to strain himself and began to explain that they were renting it, and if necessary, of course, they would try to bring it, and so on. Naturally, we didn’t insist, but I think if you indicated that there is a grill and there is an umbrella in the photo, but as a result of this there is nothing, just a table on the street - this is not fair, then remove these points from the description. The bed linen provided was a little old and shabby from washing, I would have replaced it long ago. We were worried about the proximity of the railway, but there was no noise; you should worry more about the noise of the dishwasher. I don’t know what’s wrong with it, but don’t run it at night if you want to sleep)) It’s better when you leave home. There was no shampoo or shower gel in the shower. We had everything with us, but if you didn’t, take this point into account. The water pressure in the shower also leaves much to be desired. Perhaps this is due to the location on the mountain.

Summary: Overall you can stay for this price. But most likely I wouldn’t stay there the second time.
